The plus side to using a mobile device is some will allow you to use voice activation which can come in handy.
I am currently using my LG Stylo 2. Even though I have been using it for 3 years now it still does the job so I am not sure when I will upgrade.

Investing into a Professional DSLR Camera is needed if you want to take your pictures and videos to the next level. You will have the freedom to take high quality videos and pictures. Plus there are many camera that fit any budget.
My favorite choice is a Nikon D5500. I originally was going to get the Canon Rebel T6. But after reading a lot of reviews I decided to go with the Nikon.

Having one of these is a major asset. This allow you to connect to your phone via bluetooth or camera via wifi. This comes in handy if you want to capture images of yourself in public whenever you do not have a companion to take your pictures for you.

Using an editing app allows you to get creative with your photos. If you like to share your photos on social media sites like instagram and facebook. These app help make sure your pictures meet the size requirements. You can download from Itunes or Google play

1. Microphone
Having one allows you to record high-quality videos or sounds for your smartphone, DSLR, PC and more. It is perfect for creating clear audio. I use the Maono Lavalier microphone.

This great to have if you do not have any solid white backgrounds to use for your pictures or you want to add variety to your images. Some come lights, a stand and 1-3 backgrounds.
