Yoga Transformation!



Svargadvijasana

A lot have changed with my attempt for Bird of Paradise Pose/Svargadvijasana in a matter of 3 years!!!

Back in 2014, I felt this was going to be as far as I could go. I was inspired by other yoga pictures I saw on Social media and wished I could achieve this pose.

So, I worked on turning my weakness into strengths. I realized I had a lot of tight muscles that I haven't activated since I started my yoga journey in 2014.

I made a conscious effort to learn and listen to my body. Learning not to use force by patient. Coming to the realization that every yoga body is different and unique.

Day by day I did warm ups and spent an hour practicing. Gradually, I started noticing improvements. You can too!

I am sharing this picture to motivate anyone who may feel discourage to start a yoga journey or stick with a consistent practice.

Remember, Never give up. Just be patient. Listen and work with your body.
