Looking to start yoga but feel you do not have enough time?
Try this new challenge I created called Spring Into Yoga.
This challenge is for busy moms who want to start their yoga journey but feel they can't commit to a long session.
As a Stay at home mom, I know the struggles you can run into when you have little ones to take care of at home. Sometimes you need to maximize nap time and sneak a little practice in to keep you active and get your mind free.
This challenge is split into 3 weeks.
Week 1: Arms
Week 2: Core
Week 3: Glutes

* All you need is a quiet space and yoga mat to get started.
Bonus: You can follow along on your phone, tablet, or pc.
Don't be afraid to use props check as yoga straps, a belt or anything else that can provide you with extra assistance.
