I have officially completed being a vegetarian for 2 months. I enjoyed it so much, that I am now two days into my vegan journey!!
I cannot stress how awesome it feels to go this long without meat. Now, I am looking forward to see the full benefits of cutting out all animal based products.
During the winter time my husband, kids and I go through extreme cases of eczema. So this was a big reason why my family and I are willing to commit to this new change.
I thought it would be hard to cut off fish and dairy, but after trying a lot of recipes and vegan products out there. I can definitely say that I am confident that these eating habits will last me a lifetime.
Today, I am sharing a image of what I made my family for breakfast. Vegan almond butter overnight oats. I never thought it would be so easy. This recipe only used 7 ingredients.
