Have you ever found yourself falling in love with the idea of practice yoga at home but not sure how to start?

When you are first starting out it can be overwhelming to know which block to use, which mat to get, or where is the best place to practice.

I have been there before. As a stay at home mom, I starting watching youtube videos and practicing yoga on my carpet while my son took his naps. I was fine with this in the beginning and slowly realized I need some assistance from some yoga accessories. Especially when practicing yoga on hardwood floors. Over the years I have tried several different yoga blocks, mats, and other accessories.
