2017 in Review: What I did Wrong. What I did right. What I'm doing Next for 2018.

What I did Wrong....
In 2017, I started out planning to do my exercises 6 days a week, drink a lot of water. Master a few Yoga poses.
That did not happen. I kept hitting the snooze button my goals. Procrastination was my crutch. Excuse after Excuse went by and some of the things I set out to do got put on the back burner. I stopped caring 5 months into 2017. Being in a comfortable state contributed to that. Poor planning was also a factor. I set goals with not a deadline in sight. So in my mind, I had all the time in the world. No small goals were set, so it was as if my plans were up in the air.
What I did right....
I adopted a meatless diet, which turned me into going full vegan. I was surprised I was able to stick to something for months. I am now going on being a vegan for 4 months. I ended the year finishing one of my books called the Meditation Starting Guide
What I am doing next....
In 2018, I am taking a different approach. So far, I created and planned a meal calendar for every day, every week and the full month of January. I will repeating the process for the rest of this year.
I am starting to take extra steps to get rid of blocks & distractions. Shorten my social media presence. Focus more on being present.

I started a Mastermind group to create a support system with like minded individuals to make sure we are in line with our business and personal goals.
I have a daily planner that I am using that allows me to created short term and long term goals along with the action steps I plan to take to make it happen. It is broken down into weekly, monthly and yearly.
